What payments do you accept? TOP

I accept PayPal.  You do NOT need to have a PayPal account to order.

Is there a phone number where I can reach you? TOP

At this time I only correspond via email.

What are your hours? TOP

BUSINESS HOURS:

What is the turnaround time? TOP

What is the "Design Number" TOP

Each invitations comes with a Design Number.  This helps me identify the designs.  I have over 400 invitations designs and although I created all of them I cannot remember them all. Please always refer to the Design# when ordering or inquiring about any of my items.  This makes things so much easier and creates less confusion.

What is your refund policy? TOP

Due to the digital nature of my items no refunds will be issued unless the order is cancelled prior to any work being started.

Can I make changes to my order: TOP

You have 24hours from receipt of the email to contact me for any needed changes.  Each order allows for THREE edits/revisions.  Changes can only be made to spelling, wording, information and may NOT include any design changes.

If any errors were made by me those will not count toward your edits.

How are my items sent? TOP

All items are sent to the email address on your order form.  Please be sure to check spam as my emails do tend to end up there.

Do you offer discounts if I purchase mutliple items? TOP

Not at this time but I will be working on party packages in the near future.

How do I get you my photos? TOP

You will need to email me your photos.  Once your order is placed I will contact you to get your picture.  Due to spam issues I will not list my email address on my website.

 

Do you do rush orders? TOP

I do offer a rush service for a fee.  You will have the option to add the rush fee to your order when you go to checkout.  You will have 2 options based on your needs.

Troubleshooting Resolution Issues TOP

A rule of thumb is NEVER EVER use your device to forward or print any of my files (or any other files).  Our devices are great for most things...printing high quality professional items is not one of them.

With that said I have spent a great amount of time construction tips and do's and don'ts when it comes to printing your own files.  Please CLICK HERE to view that information.  Trust me 9 times out of 10 this will answer your questions or solve your problem.  :)

Do you offer professional printing? TOP

No I am sorry.  At this time I only offer digital items.

Where can I have my invitation printed: TOP

You can have your invitations printed anywhere that prints photos.  Recommended places are CVS, Walgreens, Walmart, Target.

Will you resend files I lost or accidently deleted? TOP

You should always save your file on your PC as soon as you get it so that this does not happen.   In the event that this does happen and I still have the original email in my sent folder I will resend it to you.  However during high volume times I may not be able to resend it I needed more room.

Please be sure you always save your file.
