PAYMENTS:

I accept PayPal.  You do NOT need to have a PayPal account to order. 
Items paid via E-checks will not be sent until payment has cleared. Usually 5-7 business days. Your turnaround time will begin once I receive notification from PayPal that your payment has cleared.

SHIPPING:

Items will be emailed to the email address on your order.
Please check spam as my emails do tend to end up there.
No physical items will be shipped.

REFUNDS:

Due to the digital nature of my products no refunds will be issued.

RUSH ORDERS:

I understand that life happens and sometimes you need your items like yesterday...so for those of you who need it I do offer a rush fee that you can purchase to get your items sooner. That fee can be found when you go to checkout.  You will have to options available.  

PROOFS & REVISIONS:

INVITATIONS: All files that are emailed are in high resolution and print ready. If you need changes I will be happy to make those as long as you contact me within 24 hours of receiving the email. After 24 hours no more changes can be made. Changes include spelling, date, time changes. Does not include changes to the actual design. There is a maximum of THREE (3) revision per order. Additional revisions will incur a $5 fee for every three edits.

MATCHING ITEMS: Only spelling errors can be changed on matching items.  No wording changes or font/Design changes will be made once the order has been emailed.  Please be sure to include all details in your order.

DESIGN CHANGES:

All designs are sold as is.  If you are looking for something custom please contact me via the Contact Button prior to purchasing.

SAMPLES:

In order for me to keep up with my current turnaround time & continue to create new items I do not offer samples prior to purchasing. This includes matching items.

FILE INFORMATION:

  • Certain items require you to select a size. Once the design process has started on my end you cannot change the size. You need to contact me prior to your order being emailed to you. Each size is a different template so it isn't just a simple size change it would require me to redo your entire order. Therefore you would need to repurchase the order with the new size you want.
  • All of my files will be personalized by me (with the exception of the buffet labels). No files will be emailed blank. I do not allow my files to be edited.
  • FORMATS-I will send all files in JPEG. No files will be sold in .PSD format.
  • All Invitation and Thank You Cards are formatted to be printed at any photo lab center or at home.  I will not resize, reformat or offer trim marks on any design or template for printing.  Please see my Printing Tips section for more information on printing and recommendations.

All files are for personal use only and may not be shared with anyone.

CLIPART

Any cliparts used in my designs are free and not being sold. Clipart copyright is held by original owner. Designs are intended for ONE TIME use only. Your purchase is for the labor and time involved in creating your child's customizations. This goes for all of my designs not just character designs.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

Colors will vary monitor to monitor and printer to printer. Pink Hippo Party Shop is not responsible for changes in colors when items is printed.
